Section 12 — Voluntary contributions.

The Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, 1904

The Commissioner may receive voluntary contributions towards the cost of maintaining a protected monument and may give orders as to the management and application of any funds so received by him:

Provided that no contribution received under this section shall he applied to any purpose other than the purpose for which it was contributed.
