Section 98 — Management of mahal, share of land attached under section 94(c).

After causing any attachment to be made under section ninety-four, clause (c), the Deputy Commissioner shall issue a proclamation declaring the attachment to be in force, and shall take the attached mahal, share or land under his own management, or place it under the management of any agent whom he may appoint for the purpose.
