Section 11 — Chowkidar a public servant.
THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR CHOWKIDARI ACT, 1956
A chowkidar appointed under this Act shall be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
