Section 26 — Protection of actions taken in a good faith.

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, Appellate Authority, Registering Authority or any officer or employee of the Government authorized by the Government for any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done under the Act or the rules made thereunder.
