Section 16 — Safe Custody of Answer Books.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board Act

The answer books of the Combined Entrance Competitive Examinations shall be kept in safe custody for a period of one year from the date of the declaration of the result: Provided that if a case relating the Examination is pending in a court, the answer book of the said Examination shall be kept in safe custody till the disposal of the case.
