Section 68 — Duties of the Tribunal.
The Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act.
It shall be the duty of the Tribunal-
(a) to determine the value of the site of a dwelling house under section 17;
1[(b) to determine the purchase price of land under section 32G, 63A or 64;
(c) to decide any dispute under sections 32 to 32R (both inclusive);]
2[(cc) to dispose of land under section 32P];
(d) to perform such other functions in carrying out the provisions of this Act, as may be prescribed or as may be directed by the 3[State] Government.
