Section 17 — Officers and servants of Board to be public servants.
The Mahatma Phule Vastu Sangrahalaya, Poona, Act, 1968.
All officers and servants employed by the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (XLV of 1860).
