Act 7' of 1972). ~ 7

BE it enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Thirty-fourth

Year of the Republic of Indians follows :

1. (1)

‘This Act may bemlled the Manipur Secondary Educa-

tion (Third Amendment) Act, 1983.

_) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the day of

2_. In section 5 of the Manipur Secondary Education. Act, 1972

(hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in sub-section 2, the
