Section 14 — Bar to practice as Nurses
The Meghalaya Nursing Council Act No.5,1992
No person shall practice and no hospital, dispensary, Nurses nursing home or institution by whatever name called shall engage any person as a nurse unless such person has been registered with the Council under this Act.
