Section 15 — Penalty
The Meghalaya Nursing Council Act No.5,1992
Whoever practices or allows a person to practice as a nurse in contravenes of section 14 shall be punished with a fine which may extend up to rupees two thousand and up to rupees two hundred for each day the offence continues after conviction.
