Section 38 — Documentary evidence.
The Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936
1[Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, no document shall be inadmissible in evidence in any proceeding at the trial of a suit under this Act on the ground that it is not duly stamped or registered.]
