Section 72 — Effect of other laws

The Rajasthan Land Pooling Scheme Act, 2016

Save as otherwise provided, the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall have overriding effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other Rajasthan laws.
