Section 27 — Removal of unauthorised construction

Any construction, works or excavation carried out in violation of the provisions of Chapter III of this Act shall be liable to removal under section 42as if it is an unauthorised occupation of the highway, and shall be punishable as if it is an offence under the provisions of section 77 of this Act.
