Section 9 — Composition of Appellate Tribunal.

The Recovery Of Debts And Bankruptcy Act, 1993

An Appellate Tribunal shall consist of one person only (hereinafter referred to as 1[the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal]) to be appointed, by notification, by the Central Government.
