Section 30 — Registration by Registrars in certain cases.
The Registration Act, 1908
(1) Any Registrar may in his discretion receive and register any document which might be registered by any Sub-Registrar subordinate to him.

Amendment of section 30.--In Section 30 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Amendment 16 of 1908) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), the brackets and figure (1) and 'sub-section (2)' shall be omitted.]
