Section 69 — Vacation of seats.
THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, 2016
69. Vacation of seats.—If a Member of the State Advisory Board becomes subject to any of the disqualifications specified in section 68 his seat shall become vacant.
