Section 16 — Grant of passes for import, export and transport
THE UNITED PROVINCES EXCISE ACT 1910
Passes for the import, export or transport of 1[intoxicants] may be granted by the Collector.
Such passes may be either general for the definite periods and kinds of 1[intoxicants] or special for specified occasions and particular consignments only
