Section 11 — Power to compound offences
THE UNITED PROVINCES OBJECTIONABLE ADVERTISEMENTS CONTROL ACT, 1948
11. Any offence punishable by or under this act may be compounded by such officer as may be authorized by the 2[State Government] in this behalf and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
