Section 3 — Declaration
THE UTTAR PRADESH DEBT RELIEF ACT, 1977
3. It is hereby declared that the provisions of this Act are for giving effect to the policy of the State towards securing the principles specified in clauses (b) and (c) of Article 39 of the Constitution.
