Section 33 — Inspection of municipal works and institutions by Government officers
UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 1916
33. A work, or institution, constructed or maintained in whole or part at the expense of a Municipality, and all registers books, accounts, or other documents relating thereto shall at all times be open to inspection by such officers1 as the 2[State Government] appoints in this behalf.
