Section 38 — Term of office of members, elected 3*** to fill a casual vacancy
UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 1916
38. [The term of office of a member elected 1[ * * * ] to fill a casual vacancy or a vacancy remaining unfilled at the general elections hall begin upon the declaration of his election 1[ * * * ] under the Act and shall be the remainder of the term of the Municipality. ]2
