Section 3 — Incorporation of Universities
THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE UNIVERSITIES ACT, 1973
(1) The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and the members of the Executive Council, the Court and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in any University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the University.
(2) Each University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by its name.
