Section 13 — Bar on Jurisdiction of Civil Court

No order passed or action taken under this Act, rules or regulation made thereunder, shall be subject to challenge except as provided in this Act and no civil court shall have jurisdiction in respect of any mater, which the Authority is empowered to decide and adjudicate upon.
