1. Short title and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Societies (Reconstitution of Management) Act, 1996. (2) Item 18 of the Schedule appended to the Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25th November, 1995 and the remaining provisions shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th November, 1995.
