16. Saving of tenancies under the Act from the provisions of 
Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, l972.- The provisions 

of 
1
[the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act. 1972] shall not 

apply to the tenancies created under this Act.
