ACT 

to confer certain powers on the officers conducting enquiries 

under the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and 

Appeal) Rules. 

BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of 

Punjab in the Sixth Year of the Republic of India as 

follows :—
