(1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1993.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the 1Telangana Gazette appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
