Section 1 — Short title, extent and commencement

THE UTTAR PRADESH CORNEAL GRAFTING ACT, 1964

(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Corneal Grafting Act, 1964.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
(3) This Act shall come into force at once.
